INGREDIENTS
- 1 large brie wheel
- 3 roma tomatoes (Chopped)
- ¼ cup of minced red onion
- ¼ cup cucumber fresh basil
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Heat your Oven Brothers wood-fired outdoor oven to 350F
- With a fork, poke holes in the top of the brie wheel, without piercing the bottom
- Add the brie to a small cast iron pan and place it into the pre-heated oven
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes
- In the meantime, combine tomatoes, onion, cucumber, basil, olive oil, balsamic, salt & pepper then toss to mix ingredients (this can also be done earlier in the day for even more flavour!)
- When the cheese has softened, remove and top with bruschetta mix
- Serve with toasted bread, pita or crackers
