15" x 20" OB Pizza Steel

For the past few years, we have enjoyed our outdoor pizza oven every summer but regretfully have to give up our delicious homemade pizzas every fall when the weather turns. Until now! The pizza steel effectively turns your home oven into a pizza oven - turning out pizzas with the crispiest crusts in just a few minutes. Friday night family pizza was always a take-out affair in the winter but now we're enjoying hot and crispy pizzas at home. I am literally picking up ingredients for tonight's pizza night after work - love it and so happy to support a Canadian company!

Oven temp consistency is a problem using this has helped even out the temp in the oven for more consistent baking results .
It is not perfect but it is much better.

Really enjoyed my steel so far for sourdough open bakes. Managed to do 3 loaves at a time with excellent oven spring.

I think the logo could be slightly smaller since it creates a small area in the middle that I can't really cook on, would be nice as a more skinny text or something off to the side instead of a circle. Hard to place food around it.

Also found the edges to be quite sharp. Could use some minor smoothing or bevelling. Cut myself when I first started seasoning it. Preseason would have been convenient but understandable that it wasn't.
